Trained as a mechanical technician, Viktor began with the hardest school there is: running boiler plants and heating networks in the Russian North, where a failed system means frozen homes. By 1998 he was working full-time in pipes, heat and water — and never left the trade.

At 24 he became chief engineer — then director — of a municipal water and heating utility, building it from 76 to 209 employees. Water intake, distribution, sewage: the systems a whole city depends on.

Founded his first private company doing full-home piping and drainage, then a construction & design firm delivering boiler plants — gas, electric and coal. Licensed in construction competency since 2001.

Founded Aqua-Center, a water treatment company still operating today. Designed and built industrial filtration for bakeries and electronics plants, drinking-water systems, and a municipal wastewater treatment plant rated at 150 m³ per hour.

Turned to fountain engineering: over 100 fountains built, from garden features to walk-through public fountains — including his own design for a granite swim-in fountain pool, engineered to be completely electrically safe. Worked with OASE, Pentair and other German, European and Chinese fountain manufacturers.
