In the Trade Since 1998
Pro Plumbers FL is partner-owned — specialists who came together in one licensed company (CFC1432506). Viktor Zarubitskii — in the plumbing trade since 1998 and an engineer by training — plans the work, makes the technical decisions and is on site with the crew. His career spans everything water can do: from a single kitchen faucet to municipal water networks serving entire towns.
25+ Years, One Trade
Trained as a mechanical technician, Viktor began with the hardest school there is: running boiler plants and heating networks in the Russian North, where a failed system means frozen homes. By 1998 he was working full-time in pipes, heat and water — and never left the trade.
Chief engineer of a municipal water and heating utility: water intake, distribution and sewage — the systems a whole town depends on.
Leading plumbing crews on residential and commercial work — full-home piping and drainage from the ground up.
Founded a water-treatment company — still operating today — that has installed filtration, softening and reverse-osmosis systems for bakeries, production facilities, restaurants, cafés and homes.
More than 100 decorative fountains designed and built abroad, using U.S. and German equipment — from garden features to walk-through public fountains, including a granite swim-in fountain pool engineered to be electrically safe.
All of that experience now serves homeowners and businesses across Clearwater, Tampa and surrounding communities. Pro Plumbers FL, LLC — licensed (CFC1432506), insured, partner-owned.
We plan the job before we open a wall: drawings, the right materials, permits where they are required — and a written report with photos when we leave.

Who does the work
Pro Plumbers FL is partner-owned — specialists who came together in one licensed company (CFC1432506). Viktor Zarubitskii — in the plumbing trade since 1998 and an engineer by training — plans the job, prepares the drawings, makes the technical decisions, comes to the site and works on the tools himself. Our own plumbers do the plumbing, and we check the work before a job is closed. Work outside plumbing, such as concrete cutting, we either do ourselves or bring in a contractor — either way it is written into your quote.
