Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Pro Plumbers FL, LLC wants everyone in Tampa Bay to be able to reach a plumber — including visitors who rely on assistive technology. We are committed to making proplumbers.pro conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and labels on every page.
- Full keyboard operability: navigation menus, accordions, filters, and forms work without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast checked programmatically against the WCAG AA thresholds across the entire design system.
- Text alternatives on images and meaningful names on all controls; form fields with programmatically associated labels.
- Automated accessibility audits are part of every release: as of July 2026 the site scores 100 in Lighthouse Accessibility on tested pages. Automated checks don't catch everything, so we also review changes manually.
- The site is mobile-first and works with browser zoom and larger text settings.
Known Limitations
Some project photo areas currently contain labeled placeholder graphics; as real job photos are added, each will carry descriptive alternative text. If you find any other part of the site difficult to use, we want to know.
