This Privacy Policy describes how Pro Plumbers FL, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a licensed plumbing contractor based in Clearwater, Florida (Florida license CFC1432506), collects and uses information when you use our website proplumbers.pro, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or through our Facebook page.

Information We Collect

  • Quote request form: your name, phone number, city, the type of plumbing problem, a description you provide, and any photos you choose to attach. Form submissions are currently composed on your device and sent to our business number via WhatsApp; when our email intake is active, submissions are delivered to our business email.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): cookies and similar identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and how you use our pages (visits, clicks on our phone and WhatsApp buttons). We use this in aggregate — we do not use Analytics to identify you personally.
  • WhatsApp and phone communications: if you contact us by WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp profile name, number, and message content, processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms. If you call us, we receive your phone number.
  • Facebook: if you reach us from our Facebook page, your interactions on Facebook are processed by Meta under Meta's own policies.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your request, discuss your plumbing issue, prepare estimates, and schedule work.
  • To keep internal service and job records required to run a licensed contracting business.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it (aggregate analytics).
  • To contact you by phone, text (SMS) or WhatsApp about your request — only where you have submitted a request or otherwise agreed to be contacted.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share Information With

  • Google (Google Analytics 4) — website usage data, as described above.
  • Meta / WhatsApp — when you communicate with us via WhatsApp or interact with our Facebook page, Meta processes that data on its platforms.
  • Service providers we use to operate the business (for example, hosting and email), bound to use data only on our behalf.
  • Authorities where required by law, or where needed for permits, inspections, licensing, safety, or dispute resolution.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to service your request and to meet legal, accounting, licensing, warranty, and dispute-resolution obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics retention settings. Records that are no longer required are deleted or anonymized.
