More of our Largo work is water heaters than anything else: electric tanks in garages and utility rooms, and gas tankless units on the wall. What fails is rarely the tank alone — it is a stuck shutoff, a missing expansion tank, a relief line that goes nowhere.
So a heater job here is a heater, a valve, an expansion tank, flexible connectors and a proper T&P discharge line. That is what the photographs on this page show, in Largo houses.

A wall-mounted gas tankless heater in a utility room: copper water lines routed up the wall, gas line with its shutoff and drip leg, isolation valves underneath for flushing, and a whole-house filter in the same room.

A tank that leaks from the body is finished. A tripped breaker, a failed thermostat or a burnt element can be repaired. We check which one it is before talking about a new heater.
Because many homes here are closed systems — behind a check valve or backflow preventer. Without somewhere for heated water to expand, pressure rises on every cycle and wears the heater and the fixtures. Nearly every Largo heater on this page has one.
Often, but it is not a swap: a tankless burner needs more gas while running and different venting. We check the gas line and the vent route before quoting. There is a Largo gas tankless install on this page.
