What to Include

Please include enough information for us to identify your records, such as:

  • your name and phone number,
  • the email or WhatsApp number you contacted us from,
  • your Facebook/Messenger account name if you contacted us through Facebook,
  • the approximate date you contacted us.

What Happens Next

We will review your request and delete applicable records unless retention is required for legal, accounting, licensing, warranty, safety, dispute, fraud-prevention, or business record purposes. We will confirm by reply once the request is processed.

Analytics Data

Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) is aggregate and not used by us to identify individuals; we cannot locate "your" analytics records by name. To prevent analytics collection in your browser, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie controls.
