Gas Lines & Appliance Hookup
From a new line off the meter to hooking up a stove or dryer — gas work permitted, pressure-tested, and done by the book.
From the Meter to the Appliance
Gas work has no room for shortcuts. We run new lines from the meter, extend existing lines, and connect appliances — every job permitted, pressure-tested, and inspected before it's live.
- New gas line runs from the meter
- Appliance hookup: ranges, dryers, water heaters, generators
- Line extensions and relocations
- Leak testing and safety checks
Four Steps, No Surprises
We calculate total appliance demand before sizing the line.
Permit pulled before work starts — required for all gas line work.
Line run, connected, and pressure-tested.
Signed off by the inspector before any appliance is lit.
Common Questions
Do I need a permit to add a gas line?
Yes, always — and we pull it as part of the job, not as an add-on.
Can you convert my electric stove to gas?
Yes, if a gas line can be run to the location. We’ll assess access and cost during the quote.
How do I know if I have a gas leak?
A sulfur/rotten-egg smell, hissing near a line, or dead vegetation over a buried line. Leave the area and call your gas utility or 911 first, then us.
How long does a new gas line take?
A single appliance hookup is usually same-day; a full line extension depends on distance and access.
