Four types of water heater, one licensed crew
A water heater is not one product. An electric tank unit, a heat pump unit, an electric tankless and a gas tankless heater each need different connections — power, gas, venting, drainage, floor space. Picking the wrong type for the house is the most expensive mistake, so we start with what the building already has.

Common Questions
Which water heater type is right for my home?
It depends on what the house already has. If there is no gas at the property, the choice is electric tank, heat pump or electric tankless. An electric tankless needs a large electrical supply. A heat pump needs space and airflow. We look before we recommend.
Can you replace my old tank heater with a tankless one?
Often yes, but it is a bigger job than a like-for-like swap: a gas tankless needs gas piping and venting, an electric tankless needs a much larger electrical supply. We tell you what your house needs before the work starts.
Do you install thermal expansion tanks?
Yes. Most of the tank installs on these pages include one. Where the water system is closed — for example behind a check valve or backflow preventer — the plumbing code calls for thermal expansion control.

Who does the work
Pro Plumbers FL is partner-owned — specialists who came together in one licensed company (CFC1432506). Viktor Zarubitskii — in the plumbing trade since 1998 — plans the job, makes the technical decisions and works on site. Our own plumbers do the plumbing. Work outside plumbing, such as concrete cutting, we either do ourselves or bring in a contractor — either way it is written into your quote.
