Control valves
The control valve is the heart of a softener or filter — it runs the regeneration cycles that keep the media working. We service Clack, Fleck and other control valves — including systems we did not install: programming, cleaning and small-part replacement. Our founder has worked with this equipment since 2010, which is why a system gets set up to match your water rather than run on factory defaults.
Softener & filtration systems
A water softener handles hardness; whole-house filtration handles sulfur smell, iron staining, sediment and chlorine. Pro Plumbers FL installs and services whole-house softeners and multi-stage filtration on both well and city water, and installs and services major brands such as A.O. Smith, Aquasure and SpringWell. The right build depends on a water test, not a catalog — which is why sizing comes first.
Industrial & commercial treatment
Before Florida, our founder built and maintained industrial water treatment — the same principles scaled up for production equipment and larger buildings. Pro Plumbers FL brings that background to commercial filtration and treatment across Tampa Bay, within the plumbing license scope.
Bought your own unit online? We'll install it
Yes — Pro Plumbers FL installs units you bought yourself, whether from Amazon, Costco or anywhere else. If you would rather not choose, we can size and supply the equipment for you. Either way the install is planned by Viktor and done by our own plumbers, permitted where required, and backed by our workmanship warranty.

Can you install a water softener or filter I bought myself?
Yes. Pro Plumbers FL installs units you bought online or in-store — Amazon, Costco and others — and can also size and supply the equipment for you.
How do you size a water treatment system?
Sizing is based on a water test (hardness, iron, sulfur), household size and flow rate, for well or city water. Pro Plumbers FL sizes the system to your actual water rather than a generic package.
Do water treatment installs need a permit?
Most residential softener and filter swaps do not require a permit. Pro Plumbers FL pulls permits and schedules inspections for any work that does require them.
What equipment brands do you work with?
We service control valves like Clack and Fleck — including systems we did not install — and install and service other major brands such as A.O. Smith, Aquasure and SpringWell.

Workmanship warranty
Workmanship warranty: 5 years on new construction, 1 year on repairs. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty.
Who does the work
Pro Plumbers FL is partner-owned — specialists who came together in one licensed company (CFC1432506). Viktor Zarubitskii — in the plumbing trade since 1998 — plans the job, makes the technical decisions and works on site. Our own plumbers do the plumbing. Work outside plumbing, such as concrete cutting, we either do ourselves or bring in a contractor — either way it is written into your quote.
